Arsen Sevoyan is the brand Chef of the Como project. Throughout his culinary journey, Arsen has studied and worked in European, Asian, Middle Eastern, and Arab cuisines. During his culinary path, he has mastered various dishes, perfected dessert presentations, executed Asian rolls, and prepared sauces. Arsen's experience with Italian cuisine includes close encounters with Italian cuisine, learning there techniques, explore traditions, ingredients, combinations, and subtleties.
